     The DN2000 water pipeline, produced by Xi'an Qujiang Water Works West, has been listed as an emergency reconstruction project of the municipal government due to its long history, this project starts from the west of yan-exhibition road and Chang 'an Road TV Tower East Road intersection and Chang 'an road status DN2000 water supply pipe connected. 1、Overcoming difficulties and striving to overcome technical difficulties

        The DN2000 water supply pipeline of Qujiang Waterworks West factory is located in a crowded area of traffic and people on urban roads. It is restricted by the field conditions. The construction space is small and the diameter of the pipeline is large, and it overlaps with subway line 8 in many places, in the early preparation, during the period of the military service, all the staff have yet to return to work. Our leaders, project personnel, etc. are gathering the top-notch technical personnel to carry out investigation and arrangement on the scene while doing a good job of epidemic prevention, connecting the subway, and supplying electricity, gas supply and other relevant units, repeatedly refine the construction plan, treat every detail of the end, ensure that the construction plan is detailed and feasible, foolproof, to fully prepare for the full start. The so-called troops and horses do not move, food and grass first, has not entered the scene, the material department will timely and manufacturers docking perfect contract to ensure delivery time, for the full start to lay a solid foundation.

      This project mainly adopts DN2000 ductile iron straight pipe jacking, DN3000 steel pipe jacking through DN2000 ductile iron internal self-anchoring pipe and connecting section DN2000 steel pipe jacking with the original pipe and so on, the requirement of small deviation, high precision, slight deviation will lead to steel casing can not be accurate butt weld, for this project department to organize real-time precision measurement real-time record to ensure that each steel casing accurate butt.

         The key point of this construction is the intersection of the east side of the TV Tower of Chang 'an road. During the early stage of the construction, we had many meetings with the party A, the design institute and the supervision unit, finally, the construction plan for this section was finalized, and the water suspension arrangements for the residents of the nearby office buildings were made in advance to complete the task of switching the pipeline connections, and the water was gradually suspended from 1400 hours on 22 June without interruption of 24-hour construction, after pipeline closing, pipeline emptying, work pit formation, slope support, pipeline welding, pipeline anticorrosion treatment, concrete casting, pipeline water injection, flushing, etc. , the 4-day struggle project to connect and Switch Qujiang's western pipeline was completed 25 hours ahead of schedule. The pipeline section was officially put into operation, ensuring the production and daily use of water by units and owners along the line.

2、Work together to strengthen the management of the site

      During the epidemic, the two companies responded positively, planned in advance, strictly implemented the requirements of the joint prevention and control work, conducted a comprehensive investigation of project personnel, and did good surveillance of the epidemic every day, strengthen the on-site personnel management and on-site killing operations to ensure the safety of the project back to work.

      During the critical period of construction, manager Liu and manager Li of Company II took turns on duty, personally guiding and resolving problems, constantly pushing forward the project, all departments of the department worked together, and each project leader was on site, mutual cooperation for the emergency reconstruction project to provide a strong support.
