The first stage The budding period 1978-1994 

Xi'an Water Supply Labor Service Team" was established with the approval of Xi'an Water Supply Corporation, mainly contracting for municipal pipeline works and emergency repair works of higher-level units. 

The second stage of growth period 1994-2007 

Officially established Xi'an tap Water Second Engineering Company, which is subordinate to Xi'an Water Company and mainly undertakes projects of municipal pipelines and water plant structures in Shaanxi Province and surrounding provinces and cities. 

The third stage Growing period 2007-2020 

Xi'an Water Supply Co., Ltd. was restructured and the company was formally returned to Xi'an Water Supply Group Co., Ltd. and mainly engaged in municipal engineering and housing construction. 

Phase IV Soaring period 2021 to present 

The company has successfully completed the restructuring as the first pilot unit of mixed ownership reform in the system of Xi'an State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission in accordance with the "Three-Year Reform Program for State-owned Enterprises", and has expanded the field of intelligent water services on the basis of its original business in order to seek multi-disciplinary cooperation.
