       Announcement on Changing the Business Scope, Registered Capital, and Amending the Articles of Association of the Company

        Xi 'an Tap Water Second Engineering Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as " Second  the Company") held a shareholders' meeting on May 9, 2023, which passed the proposal on changing the business scope and registered capital of the company. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: 1. Changes in Business Scope Before the change, the business scope included general items such as instrument manufacturing, undertaking engineering construction business of the parent company, landscaping construction engineering, earth and stone works engineering, contracting external projects, installation services for ordinary mechanical equipment, sales of metal materials, sales of building materials, wholesale of hardware products, sales of electrical equipment, retail of hardware products, sales of building decoration materials, sales of cement products, development of intelligent water supply systems, engineering management services, and municipal facility management. (Except for projects that require approval according to law, business activities can be carried out independently with the business license according to law.) Licensed items include production and supply of tap water, construction project construction, construction labor subcontracting, food sales, and construction project design. (Business activities can be carried out only after approval by relevant departments according to law. The specific business items are subject to the approval results.) After the change, the business scope includes general items such as landscaping construction engineering, earth and stone works engineering, undertaking engineering construction business of the parent company, contracting external projects, installation services for ordinary mechanical equipment, municipal facility management, engineering management services, sales of building materials, sales of cement products, sales of electrical equipment, wholesale of hardware products, retail of hardware products, sales of building decoration materials, sales of metal materials, development of intelligent water supply systems, instrument manufacturing, pump and vacuum equipment manufacturing, sales of mechanical equipment, manufacturing of building decoration, plumbing parts, and other building metal products, sales of fire-fighting equipment, sales of plastic products, information system integration services, information system operation and maintenance services, software development, computer system services, intelligent control system integration, import and export agency, customs clearance business, import and export of goods, domestic trade agency, sales of photovoltaic equipment and components, leasing of photovoltaic power generation equipment, and solar power generation technical services. (Except for projects that require approval according to law, business activities can be carried out independently with the business license according to law.) Licensed items include construction project construction, construction project design, construction labor subcontracting, tap water production and supply, food sales, surveying and mapping services, design of building intelligent systems, tourism business, and real estate development and operation. Changes in Registered Capital The company's registered capital has increased from 20 million yuan to 120 million yuan. 3. Revision of the "Articles of Association" In view of the above changes in the company's business scope and registered capital, according to the "Company Law," the second chapter, Article 7 of the company's registered capital, and Article 8 of the company's business scope have been revised. 4. Other Matters The registration of changes in the company's business scope and registered capital was approved by the Administrative Approval Service Bureau of Lianhu District, Xi'an City, and completed on May 24, 2023.
