Empowering training to jointly promote international business development

         With the continuous extension and expansion of the company's international business sector, the company recently invited several doctors from the School of International Education of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology to our company for a discussion. Zhang Jihui, the company's general manager, Liu Guozheng, the deputy general manager, Liu Fei and relevant staff of international business attended the discussion.

         Both parties are positioning their international business and conducting in-depth discussions on improving employee literacy and cultivating international talents, in order to accelerate the heating up of the international business training series. The lecturer team focuses on the current international business development needs of the company, customizing the teaching content from daily language, cultural customs, construction management, contract signing, legal provisions, and other aspects.

         In May 2023, the training course officially began, and the English empowerment training tailored for overseas projects is in full swing! This is not only an English course, but also a strategic plan to inject new vitality and value into the enterprise.

        In early June, in order to further improve employees' international business and performance abilities, the lecturer team provided in-depth lectures on FIDIC terms, including the subject matter, price compensation, performance period, location, breach of contract liability, dispute resolution, etc., to deepen employees' understanding of international project construction, the development situation of overseas construction industry, and the international market environment.

        In the future, the company will focus on business needs, provide precise training and targeted strategies, and continue to promote a series of international business sector training.
