      To continuously promote the high-quality development of our company, we will review and summarize all the work in 2024, identify the work positioning for 2025, and arrange and deploy the business goals and key tasks for 2025. On February 21st, Xi'an Second Water Engineering Co., Ltd. held the 2025 Work Conference and the First Session of the Second Workers' Congress. More than 70 people, including the Party branch secretary and chairman Liu Fei, deputy general manager Zhong Zhun, union chairman Guo Yantao, assistant general manager Yang Jiahao, company director Zhang Jihui, and all cadres and employees, attended the meeting.

       The first item of the meeting is that Liu Fei, the secretary of the company's party branch and chairman, will present the "2025 Work Report". The report, titled "Forge Ahead and Strive for Brilliance", summarizes and reviews the main work of the company in 2024, analyzes the current and future business situation, and arranges and deploys key tasks for 2025 from four aspects. One is to fully, accurately, and comprehensively implement the development concept, focus on innovation driven development, stabilize growth, and expand markets; The second is to focus on standardized management and achieve new breakthroughs in efficiency execution; The third is to focus on safety control and consolidate the cornerstone of safety production; The fourth is to focus on political guidance, consolidate the foundation of party building, and enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of all employees. Mobilize all cadres and employees to take the initiative and work hard, play the "first move" of reform and innovation, and continuously release development vitality; Consolidate the "hard support" of basic management and strengthen various abilities; Deeply cultivate the "responsibility field" of Party building, fully play the role of leading and ensuring, and strive to create a new situation for 2025 work.

      Subsequently, Guo Yantao, the chairman of the labor union, and Zhang Yuru, the deputy minister of the finance department, respectively presented the "2025 Work Report on Safety Production" and the "2025 Financial Work Report".

           All members reviewed and voted to approve the 2025 work report, safety work report, and financial work report.

        In order to give full play to the exemplary and leading role of advanced models and pool the endogenous power of high-quality development, the conference commended the departments and individuals with outstanding work performance in 2024, and two advanced departments and offices, 10 exemplary individual and two persons with qualification certificates were awarded.

        At the end of the meeting, the advanced representatives made statements and expressed that they will continue to carry forward the spirit of hard work and struggle, be brave in innovation, dare to take responsibility, and contribute more to the development of the company in the future!
